These terms describe the relationship between Innotimesheet and the workspaces we host. They are written as a starting point — replace this page with a version reviewed by your legal counsel for your jurisdictions.
Your workspace
- You are responsible for the account you create and the users you invite.
- An administrator can transfer ownership, suspend seats, or delete the workspace at any time.
- Content stored in the workspace belongs to you; we only process it to run the service.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, credential stuffing, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
- No content that is illegal in the jurisdiction of the workspace administrator.
- No use of the service to harass or discriminate.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed per active seat, in advance, on a monthly or annual cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
- Trials are 14 days; no charges occur until you choose to convert.
Termination
You can cancel your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend access for repeated violations of the acceptable-use policy, after reasonable notice where circumstances allow.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided as-is during the current development phase. When Enterprise contracts are in place, the terms of those contracts control over this page.
Changes to these terms
When we make material changes we’ll notify workspace administrators by email before they take effect.
